Yoga Therapy

As a yoga practitioner himself, Dr. Fuller understands that there is a growing body of research indicating that the practice of yoga, particularly certain breathing exercises (pranayamas), produces neurophysiological, hormonal, and other shifts in the body that promote healing, calm, and a sense of well being.

Yoga appears to positively affect the body, the mind, and the human vibrational matrix in a comprehensive fashion.

Studies have demonstrated yoga is an effective treatment for the following:

  • Yoga and Depression
  • Yoga and Anxiety
  • Yoga for Trauma

Dr. Fuller is certified in Life Force Yoga®, and enjoys integrating this wisdom into his work with interested clients. However, certain problems do not resolve themselves without making things that are unconscious conscious. Good therapy, in conjunction with an active yoga practice, can facilitate deeply beneficial and lasting changes in a person’s life.

According to the World Health Organization, depression affects about 121 million people worldwide and is the leading cause of disability among people from the ages of 15 to 44. Practice Yoga regularly and it will strip away the obstacles that separate you from your source. You will begin to recognize your wholeness. Practice Yoga every day and it will change your life.
